I see - it's because that notice is not translated to English yet. :) Basically what you need to do is to write something on the boards including "Review" "Tip & Tech" "DATA Room". I think it should apply on English board and Freeboard too but not sure. Leaving a reply & voting up an article (called "recommend") would also give you 5 pts.
