I read your posts in some other sites as well. Have you found a good solution or just returned it?
OK then you've got the money back, haven't you. Hopefully you can get another good one with that money. (Maybe a QMK-compatible one? How about that.) Yeah I agree, I don't know why some Chinese manufacturers don't even have websites. I saw the same many times. Maybe they focus on B2B/OEM more to reduce support costs.
