Anyways i heard that the Koreans and Japanese are selling metal plates that would fit in a g80-1000 for a plate mounted cherry mx switch mode.
Does anyone have the links where to buy these :} ?
I'm trying to find out for my G80-1295 HAU which i hope to mod.

some of plates was traded in market, but it seems like kinda rare stuffs.
also i heard there isn't plate for 1000, probably 3000 winkeyless plate possible to fit your 1000 model.

Anyway person who posted that url... he didn't mention about he used plate on 1000.
He just metioned he tried some keyboard with plate before.

Well, I think Wooki(Rainy season? I hate f**king translator) has just applied metal plate for 3000 model to 12xx series keyboard, since there are very small difference between 3000 and 12xx models.
