I'm looking to find a MX Mini kit or fully assembled one and was directed here.
I can't for the life of me navigate through anything other than this English section. Wish I could because there seems to be a wealth of info that I just can't understand. :(
Can anyone help me out or point me in the right direction for finding one?

On top of these you should get switches and keycaps for full kit.
I have switches and keycaps.
My problem is that even with google translate, the language barrier is making this rough. I need a real person that speaks both languages to facilitate this.

You may get what you want in Sell & Buy section.
Here are instructions with screenshots. :)
1) Enter Sell & Buy Section
2) Click Write Button

Sorry. I forgot you need to earn level 2 before you post in Sell and Buy.

It will be little bit easier if you write on this board to raise your post count.
Unfortunately, there are difficulites to get a MX-MINI on this market.
Despite of difficulies above, I think you are going to get one somehow~ good lock!

I think I may be close to finding one, but it seems the payment from US to Korea can be a challenge.
So far this community seems great as I've received a lot of good advice on this post and through private message.

I think Money transfer is not a big deal. Most of bank provides foreign transfer.
You can make a wire transfer with expensive fees. :-)
As for payment methods, paypal could be adopted.
Quite many have paypal accounts these days, cuz they gotta buy stuff on eBay.
If you need a further help, I think I can help you get some parts for a mechanical keyboard or keyboards.
